Complaints Channel
We have a clear and widely shared procedure among our employees that promotes the safe and anonymous reporting of any fact or circumstance that implies the violation of our Code of Conduct and/or Crime Prevention Manual.
We conduct periodic campaigns and encourage everyone to report any type of deviation from our code of conduct under «Habla» (Speak Up) program. The usefulness of this reporting channel lies in its ability to detect and address any misconduct early, allowing us to prevent and solve problems before they negatively affect our organization and our environment.
In addition, this channel reflects our commitment to responsibility and accountability to all our stakeholders, from our employees to our customers and the community in general.
All complaints are treated with the utmost seriousness and diligence. Our Ethics Committee defines who leads each investigation, the results of which are reported to the parties involved once the investigation is concluded.
Who can file a complaint?
Any worker or entity that is related to with our company and who has detected any irregularity.
