Ethics and Compliance

Ethics and integrity are key elements in the management of Inchalam and for this reason we work intensively in order to strengthen a culture of high standards in this area, to build lasting relationships based on trust and respect, in the work with neighbors, suppliers, customers and investors.

For this purpose, we have a Code of Conduct, a Corporate Crime Prevention Model and Manual, a Complaints Channel and an Ethics Committee.

Crime prevention model

Following the provisions of Law 20.393 (in force since 2009) we have a crime prevention model and manual that establishes a set of actions to prevent, detect, monitor and respond to situations in this area. We periodically carry out audits that contribute to reinforce the ethical integrity and resources of our organization.

Our corporate Crime Prevention Model coordinates a series of elements and activities aimed at preventing, detecting and mitigating risks of non- compliance. Through a strategic vision and a solid structure, we seek to ensure that Inchalam operates within legal and ethical margins, protecting our values and reputation. These activities range from risk identification to the implementation of controls, including training and strengthening a culture of compliance.

Code of Business Conduct

The Code of Conduct is an instrument that guides our daily work to lead us to the highest standards of ethical and legal compliance. To this end, it provides a series of practical guidelines and recommendations to determine the presence of an ethical or legal conflict, the steps to follow and who is responsible for conducting each process.
