SOLUTIONS FOR MINING
MFI 3500 – 100
MFI 3500 is a woven mesh, designed to withstand a load of 3,500 kg/m2.
It is manufactured with special galvanized steel, capable of withstanding a higher breaking load per square meter than similar solutions (10006, 10008, 7509, Fortmin3376, 5008 or 5010 mesh), while using less mass per square meter (lighter), which results in a more operator-friendly mesh and it provides greater safety to the tunnel or reinforced slope.
Uses and Applications
-
Reinforcement of mining tunnels.
-
Recommended use with Shotcrete.

- It allows savings in shotcrete due to its thinner thickness and larger frame, coil widths according to the job site; it avoids losses due to overlapping, and it has a lower cost per m2 compared to 10006 and 5008.
- (*) Also available in triple galvanized and special alloys ZN / AI in 90 / 10, which guarantee maximum durability.
