Quality and innovation are part of our DNA and for this reason we have developed multiple initiatives to improve our processes and operations.
We concentrate our efforts on three major complementary programs: the Cultural and Digital Transformation program; ABC, and Ideando.
Cultural and Digital Transformation Program
Always in line with the present and future challenges of the market, this initiative aims to generate a change within the organizational culture of Inchalam, based on innovation and implementation of virtual and digital systems and platforms in different areas of the company.
By means of it, we seek to consolidate new leadership styles and communication preferences, broaden our clients’ vision of processes, improve technical and social competencies, optimize and increase the maturity of the company’s digital culture and, most importantly, strengthen the culture of innovation with new ways of managing projects, hand in hand with the adoption of new technologies.


ABC Program
As its acronym in Spanish indicates, it seeks to enhance the high commitment and good quality of Inchalam’s operations, in order to achieve a more satisfied customer. These three keys imply the implementation of changes and improvements to the quality management of operations carried out within the company, taking into account the voice of the customer and placing it in the central point of the organization’s activities.
Ideando Program
It is the official innovation program of our company and consists of an annual contest of innovative ideas open to all Inchalam’s workers, with the goal of seeking initiatives that make the work processes carried out in all areas of the company more agile, light, efficient and effective.
