As part of the People Management strategy, Inchalam aims to build a diverse talent pool. Talent management is a key element of Inchalam’s strategy and an investment in the company’s future capability. Having a systematic approach to managing high-potential career growth for employees enables us to have the right people ready for critical roles now and in the future.
This must be done by identifying and developing the right talent internally to have succession for all key positions in Inchalam; attracting and selecting the right talent externally; and identifying
leaders throughout the organization and developing them with courageous moves and effective leadership programs, providing them with autonomy and empowerment to reach their full potential.
