At Inchalam, we believe that a sustainable, ethical, and efficient supply chain is essential to achieving our business objectives, ensuring the satisfaction of our client companies, and contributing to the sustainable development of the communities where we operate.
To fulfill this aspiration, we have adopted a management approach that regulates with whom we establish business relationships throughout the supply chain, through a Due Diligence and Supplier Evaluation Procedure. This tool allows us to assess the degree of alignment of potential suppliers with our social, environmental, and governance sustainability standards.
Inchalam Supplier Code of Conduct
At Inchalam, we promote relationships based on integrity, trust, and sustainability. Our commitment is to work alongside suppliers that share these values and act in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
Our Supplier Code of Conduct serves as a practical guide for these stakeholders, thus helping to build reliable, long-lasting, profitable, and sustainable relationships.
Allies Program: Sustainable Supply Chain
ALLIES is Inchalam’s strategic sustainability program aimed at building -together with our suppliers and contractors -a more sustainable, innovative, and resilient supply chain.
The program seeks to strengthen the capabilities of our key strategic partners who show medium or low alignment in sustainability matters, through training, guidance, and the sharing of best practices from both Inchalam and other partner companies that have made progress in:
• Operational efficiency.
• Environmental sustainability.
• Positive social impact.
• Responsible governance.
Through ALLIES, we aim for every supplier to become a key partner in our commitment to sustainability, jointly contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) , particularly those related to responsible production (SDG 12), climate action (SDG 13), sustainable innovation (SDG 9), and decent work and economic growth (SDG 8).
