We celebrated the 35th anniversary of the Inchalam Retirees and Former Employees Circle.
The occasion was marked by a lively and relaxed luncheon, where attendees and their families had the chance to reminisce and share their experiences through a special audiovisual presentation, and get updated on the company through a corporate video.
The event also provided an opportunity to honor the honorary members and Inchalam for its support over the past thirty-five years. Additionally, the company announced it would fund the renovation of the Circle’s headquarters flooring.
Haroldo Riquelme, the Circle’s president, shared his joy and satisfaction: “I’m very pleased and happy to see our members smiling and to see they still maintain their ability to connect with each other. This reflects well on the Circle, showing that the camaraderie developed at the company has continued here. Our members have not lost their ‘family spirit,’ which is evident every time we meet.”
Fernando Rodríguez, Supply Chain Manager at Inchalam, added: “They are our history and what we are today as a company—the culture of our organization. We need to take care of them, support them, and promote the growth of this organization. Inchalam is committed to continuing this support and encouraging more people to join the Circle.”
