We successfully completed an external audit for certification in gender equality and work-life balance standards.

This week, we concluded our external audit with AENOR as part of the certification process for the NCh3262 standard on Gender Equality and Work-Life Balance. This involved providing evidence of our corporate documents and interviewing 80 of our employees to verify that Inchalam truly upholds a non-discriminatory culture, offers equal opportunities, and promotes work-life balance.

The audit concluded with no findings or non-conformities, meaning Inchalam has been recommended for certification.

Maria José Valdivia, Head of Community Relations, DEI, and Communications, said: “We are very proud of the work accomplished and grateful for the commitment shown by everyone involved in the process. This certification will validate our efforts to foster a culture and organizational management that promotes equal opportunities and the well-being of our people. It will also allow us to pursue the Sello Iguala-Conciliación certification from SernamEG and continue advancing in these crucial areas to build an Inchalam where no one is left behind.”
