At the end of January, we held our much-anticipated family trekking event to Piedra del Águila, located in Nahuelbuta National Park.
Under a splendid sun, our employees and their families enjoyed the stunning views of the area and the outdoor exercise. This outing marked the beginning of our well-being activities for the year as part of our Vivo con Calidad program, which aims to promote healthy living for both our employees and their families. Luis Torres, Head of Employee Experience and Services, said: “This is our first activity for the Vivo con Calidad 2024 program, and we’ve already kicked it off with great enthusiasm. We had a tremendous turnout, with over 60 people, including employees and their families, which makes us very happy. We believe this is a strong start to the year and aims to provide healthy and outdoor spaces for everyone.” Gianny Reske, a Standard Mesh Operator who participated in the event, expressed his gratitude: “The outing was fantastic. I hadn’t visited the place before, and I found it all very beautiful, from the araucarias to the views. Connecting with others, with colleagues, and sharing experiences outside the plant is also important.”
