On February 2, in recognition of the valuable contribution they make on a dailybasis, we celebrated Practitioners’ Day with a breakfast prepared for the 17 students who are experiencing their university and technical-professional internships in different areas of our company.

During the activity, we shared the experiences we have lived together in their formative process and recognized those students who have adopted and put into practice, in an outstanding way, our corporate values and fundamental aspects of our management.

Thus, Oscar Oliva was recognized for Integrity, Patricio Aguilar for Agility, and Lucas Echeverría for Commitment. Cristóbal Yunge was recognized for Focus on Excellence and Fernanda Venegas for Customer Orientation.

Regarding this activity, Rodrigo Farías, People and Sustainability Manager, stated: «At Inchalam we believe that education is fundamental for the creation of an amazing future, and for this very reason, we seek to be an enabling environment for students to intertwine their skills and talent. In addition, this year we wanted to highlight those who have made a real contribution to our processes, which makes us very happy and grateful».

Fernanda Venegas, a student at Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción, who is studying to get her degree as auditor accountant, highlighted the opportunity that this internship has meant to her: «It has been something new for me, I’ve learned different things and here they guide you in everything they can. The people here help you a lot, they explain everything very well.»
